The Nexus software
Nexus Desktop, Nexus Fleet, and the SecOps modules run entirely on your own infrastructure. They do not phone home, do not send scan results, telemetry, alerts, or any security findings to us or any third party, and require no account to use.
- All scans, events, alerts and reports stay on your machine or LAN.
- The agent–manager transport is signed (HMAC-SHA256) and stays inside your network.
- Sensitive fields can be encrypted at rest on your own disk.
This website
The marketing/documentation site collects the minimum needed to operate. We do not run ad networks or sell data.
- Hosting logs — standard server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
- Preferences — your dark/light theme choice is stored locally in your browser (
localStorage), never sent to us. - npm registry — the version badge fetches the public release number from
registry.npmjs.org; no personal data is involved.
Licensing & contact
If you purchase a Pro/Enterprise license or email us, we process your email address and the details you provide to issue your device-bound license token and to reply. We keep this only as long as needed to support your license.
Third-party services
- Distribution — GitHub, PyPI and npm host our open downloads; their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
- Email — messages you send reach us at
ck271138@gmail.com.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and request correction or deletion, by emailing ck271138@gmail.com. Because the software is offline, most of your data is only ever in your own hands.
Children
Nexus is a professional security tool and is not directed to anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Questions? Email ck271138@gmail.com.
