Acceptable use

Only scan, probe, or attack assets you own or have explicit written permission to test.
The offensive modules (attack simulation, password auditing, listeners) are gated by Scope Guard and the ethical-use agreement — keep them that way.
Do not use Nexus to break the law, harm others, or violate anyone’s rights.

License

Nexus is proprietary software. Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers are governed by the license in the repository (LICENSE / NOTICE). You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or remove copyright/notice metadata without written permission. Pro/Enterprise features are unlocked by signed license tokens bound to your device.

No warranty

Nexus is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Security testing is inherently risky; you run it at your own discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Security is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
